I recently had the pleasure of dining at District Coffee under its new ownership, and I must say, what a fantastic transformation! The ambiance has been thoughtfully refreshed, making it an even more inviting place to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Josh, the new owner, is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. As for the food… absolutely delicious! Every bite was a delight, and my cortado was perfectly crafted, rich and balanced. If you're looking for exceptional coffee, great food, and warm hospitality, District Coffee is the place to be! The fresh new vibe makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. It also has a great remote work atmosphere, great coffee, and everything you need to stay productive. Highly recommend giving it a try. This might just become your go-to coffee spot!

I had my first jewelry making class in their meeting space. Staff was so nice and friendly making my event easier. The loaded tots are delicious. Will definitely hold an event again.

In the middle of their busy morning rush, the team at District Coffee brewed over 50 cups of hot chocolate for me—quickly, graciously, and without hesitation—to help take care of our crew servicing people who are currently in areas without power. That’s not a small ask… and they handled it with kindness, efficiency, and the biggest hearts. This wasn’t just great coffee service—this was real community care. No complaints. No delays. Just people stepping up for people in need, the way Nashville does best. Supporting local isn’t just a slogan here—it’s a way of life. And District Coffee embodies the Nashville way through and through: generosity, hustle, warmth, and genuine care for others. I am incredibly grateful to have a coffee shop like this in our city—one that doesn’t just serve amazing drinks, but serves the community when it matters most. Wonderful spot to get coffee. Breakfast was fantastic. I am just visiting Nashville and decided to stop in. The customer service was amazing! It's nice to see some welcoming people.

This place is the perfect vibe for plugging in and getting cozy. There are lots of outlets, comfy seating all around, and it was pretty quiet both times I visited (morning and afternoon). They serve up pastries from different local spots. The berry bar and oat bagel I had were both tasty. They have a solid drink menu: all the essentials for coffee, some more interesting lattes, and even more teas. I usually keep it simple, and I enjoyed my plain latte. Apart from the pastry case, they have savory pies (which I believe are also from a local place) for food.

Oh my gosh I loved District Coffee. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the moment I got there. The inside was pretty busy when I arrived. It had a pretty nice vibe with lots of people working while sipping their coffees. I got the Loaded Tots and the Good Grief which is their seasonal hot apple cider. I’m not a coffee drinker, and this was so perfect as an alternative. It was warm and sweet and really felt like a hug. The Loaded Tots were also so good and a great option from their menu. Parking is pretty easy. They don’t have a huge lot, but I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot despite them being pretty busy when I got there. I’ll definitely be sure to go back!

Fast, friendly, and most importantly delicious. The lattes were smooth and tasty. We also tried two of the pastries and loved them both. Hip coffee spot in the design district, glad we stopped here for a great start to our morning.

Since the new owner took over, everything has improved significantly. The food menu has been enhanced, and the dessert section now offers fresh, well-prepared options. My favorite drinks—espresso and cortado—are among the best in town. I can't wait for Sundays when they start opening for the day! There is plenty of parking available, and the place is immaculate. It's truly a one-of-a-kind spot with friendly staff and excellent service. Once you visit, you won't want to go to another coffee shop. Love you guys!
